Obstructions or encroachments upon a public street, 人行道或路权 is prohibited without prior City consent. This can include, vehicles, low hanging branches, debris, and basketball hoops.

Junk or rubbish including broken, abandoned or discarded furniture, 电器, 固定装置, 包装盒子, lumber or fencing built with non-fencing materials, which are visible from a public or street, 人行道或路权 is prohibited.

建筑, fences or other structures, the exterior walls or windows, which are visible from a public or private street, 人行道或路权, containing graffiti or other inscribed material are prohibited and must be removed immediately.

杂草堆积, 排名增生, 污垢, 垃圾, rubbish or debris visible from a public or private street, 人行道或路权 is prohibited. All landscaping must be maintained year round.

Substandard buildings and structures can endanger the life, 肢体, 健康, 财产, 安全 or welfare of the public or the occupants and must meet the required minimum standards. This can include, mold, lack of heat, water intrusion, infestations, and plumbing.

It is unlawful and a violation for any person to abandon a vehicle on private 财产 without 财产 owner's consent. All vehicles must be whole and complete and may be asked to demonstrate operability upon inspection.

Carts must be placed by 6:00 a.m. on collection day and placed side-by-side at least two (2) feet apart and three (3) feet away from parked cars and other objects. Carts must be removed promptly after service and no later than 24 hours after service.
